Return / Exchange Policy

  1. ​​We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  3. For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
  4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
  6. Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  7. Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.
  8. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

  10. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  11. To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks and innerwear i.e boxers, briefs, trunks. ANTOFFY may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  1. Damaged Products: (Unboxing video is required)
  2. Defective Products: (Unboxing video is required)
  3. Size Issues:
    • If there is a size issue, the customer needs to share a picture of the product being measured with a tape measure. If our size chart is proven wrong, we will correct it and provide a free return label. Once the return is received, we will assist with a refund, coupon code, or replacement.
    • If the size chart is correct but the product is not the correct size for you, you need to return it to our US return center at your expense and share the tracking details. Once we receive the return, we will send a confirmation email and offer a replacement or a coupon code only.
  4. Missing Product: (Unboxing video is required)
  5. Wrong Product Received: (Pictures needed), Wrong Size (Picture of size tag needed)

For Any Claims, an Unboxing Video is a Must:

a) Please do not accept the package if it is tampered with or damaged. b) An unboxing video is required for any claims against the order. c) The unboxing video should cover all sides of the package. It must be a single video with no pauses or cuts. d) The video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package. e) After unboxing, the product must be opened and any damage or missing items clearly shown in the video. f) The video must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery. g) Small marks and scratches are not considered damage. h) For any breakage or missing items, we will refund/exchange only for the number of items broken or missing after viewing a 360-degree unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Products:

  1. Clearance sale or any sale products are non-returnable. However, in case of a damaged, defective, or missing product, or size issue (only if the size chart is proven wrong), contact us at +91 9773235169, chat on messenger, or write to us at antoffy4@gmail.com. Our support team will look into each case and assist accordingly.
  2. Thread pulls are not considered defective in handloom clothing. No exchange or returns are accepted because of dislike of colors or fabric quality. At times, image colors may vary due to digital photography and light adjustment.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be in their original packaging with original tags attached. They must be unworn, unwashed, folded, and packaged properly, without any odor or stains. If the return does not meet any of these conditions, there will be a deduction from the refund amount based on the product’s returned quality.
  2. We will accept returns from an order based on the discussion with the support team. If you return any extra product, we will not accept it as a return and no refund will be issued.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
